A meeting has been scheduled by Togbe Afede upon the entry of Sulley Muntari to Asante Kotoko. According to the report, Togbe Afede has communicated his motive to Sulley Muntari as he hopes to get his future in the club. Sulley Muntari who had played for Accra Hearts of Oak in 2021 to date, is on the verge of signing a two-year contract with the 2021/2022 champions Asante Kotoko. Muntari signed a one-year deal for Hearts of Oak and was pivotal in the Phobians winning the MTN FA cup.
Looking at the situation at hand, Sulley Muntari would of no excuse, to play for Asante Kotoko, as the club look to boost their squad for the CAF CONFEDERATION campaign.
Sulley Muntari won the Champions League; the Italian Serie A and the Coppa Italia in 2010 under Jose Mourinho at inter Milan. he also won the FA CUP at Portsmouth under Harry Redknapp.
